👍🏼 It’s Fall, Y’all... For a Limited Time Only

Good morning, Aggieland. Finally the weather has changed, and fall has arrived. It will be here for one week and then we will probably go back to summer. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted…

In today’s Aggieland Now:

  • More Halloween Events

  • Local Vendor Markets

  • Trivia Night on the Green

  • 2025 Bully Bash

“The first cold front in Texas is fall’s polite way of saying hello — and goodbye.”

🍓Local Vendor Markets

One of the things I love most about living in B/CS is the amazing opportunities to support local vendors, farmers, and ranchers. This weekend there are two different options for you to get out and support your local community.

First, you can shop vintage and artisan goods at The Market Off Main, a local market held at Tavo Coffee Co. in Downtown Bryan. Every first Saturday of the month, from 9am to 1pm, this market brings together local businesses showcasing their unique handcrafted and vintage items. Come out Saturday to get some great coffee and see all the cool things our community is producing!

Also, join the Brazos County Farmers' Market at Midtown Park in Bryan this Saturday from 8am to 12pm. This vibrant gathering connects local farmers directly with Brazos Valley residents. Browse fresh produce and artisanal goods while learning about regional farming, gardening, and food preparation from the folks who know it best. Can't make it this weekend? No worries – the market runs every Saturday through the end of the year, so you'll have plenty of opportunities to support local growers and makers throughout the holiday season.

THE DIGEST

Trivia on the Green

❓Do you love trivia nights? Get out to Century Square for Trivia Night every Thursday evening starting at 7 PM! Gather your friends and compete to answer questions on sports, history, music, and fun categories like cartoons, architecture, and fashion. Grab some food and drinks from nearby restaurants, then head to The Green for this free, public event. The more you know, the more chances you have to win exciting prizes!

2025 Bully Bash Festival

🐾The 5th Annual Bully Bash Festival will take place at Lake Walk on Sunday, November 2nd, hosted by MAS Bully Rescue. This free community event celebrates four-legged friends with a day packed full of activities including vendors, adoptable animals, food trucks, and pet costume contests. Families are encouraged to bring their dogs to enjoy the microchip and vaccine clinic, exciting raffles and auctions, and much more from 9am to 1pm. Attendance supports Make A Stand Bully Rescue, the original pit bull and bully breed rescue serving the Bryan/College Station community.
